This is a great vacation rental. I own this timeshare and have used it 5 times since 2000. I never get tired of the Big Island of Hawaii. I am unable to use it this year, but if you like incredible weather, unbelievable beaches and snorkeling, great golf courses and spectacular scenery, this would be a fantastic vacation for your family.

Where else can you get luxury accommodations for 8 for an entire week for $1,800.00?

The Bay Club at Waikoloa Beach Resort is located on the Kohala coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. The resort offers you the ultimate island lifestyle, with waterfalls and tropical garden pathways throughout. This corner Big Island Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths ,a stocked kitchen, a great room with dining room and an L-shaped Lanai that overlooks the Mauna Loa and golf course. It is located across from the Hilton Grand Waikoloa Resort, multiple shopping areas, restaurants and beaches and a 20 minute drive to the city of Kona. You will have privileges at the new Hilton Waikoloa Timeshare up the road. This exceptional resort includes 3 pools on property plus another 5 pools located at the Hilton across the way. Don't forget about the fabulous Luau (a must for every trip to Hawaii!!) show at the Hilton as well!! The Bay Club, located in Waikoloa Beach Resort, is poised in spectacular splendor on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawai'i. Celebrate the island's signature sights from the height of a helicopter tour, for unprecedented views of the island's hidden valleys and glowing lava...or enjoy the bounty of natural beauty firsthand along lush footpaths and walking trails. The time can be exchanged with other Hilton Gold Crown Resorts (2 bedroom condo size) around the world (Southern California, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, numerous properties on Sanibel and Ft Myers, Florida, New York City for example) with the exception of holidays for ex: Thanksgiving and the last 2 weeks in December. Holiday weeks are usually booked 6 months in advance. Reservations need to be made rather quickly preferably within the next thirty days if you want to travel between July and October....the sooner, the better.

If you prefer a newer resort, I have exchange privileges at the Hilton Waikoloa Beach Resort up the road which you can view on the Hilton Grand Vacation website. Again, you would need to contact me soon if you want to reserve in next 4-5 months. Highly desirable properties and they book up quickly.
