WHAT: Child Car Seat and Booster Seat Inspections
Traffic crashes are the leading cause of death for children over one year of age and child.
Passenger restraints can reduce deaths by as much as 71 percent for infants and 54 percent for toddlers, but up to 80 percent are not installed or used correctly. Is your child’s car or booster seat installed properly? Kaiser Permanente wants to be sure your child is safe. Child Passenger Safety Technicians certified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will be on-site checking all child car and booster seats for FREE. Appointments must be booked in advance by calling ; ask for the KPS Program.
