A tiny little place tucked into the back of the Coconut Plaza on Alii, Wasabi's five little tables tend to be occupied by the west side's Japanese population, here for some of the best sashimi on the island.

Prices may seem steep, but the fish is of the highest quality.

Fans of Americanized sushi rolls will find the familiar California and spicy tuna rolls here, along with a few unique inventions.

For those who will never be hip to the raw fish thing, teriyaki, udon, and sukiyaki options abound.
