One of the better additions to Kailua-Kona's restaurant and bar scene, Kona Brewing Company has an excellent and varied menu including pulled-pork quesadillas, gourmet pizzas, and a killer spinach salad with Gorgonzola cheese, macadamia nuts, all topped with strawberry dressing.

Go for the beer tasting menu -- it's six of the eight microbrews in miniature glasses that are roughly equivalent to two regular-size mugs.
