In Hawi's funky Without Boundaries, Sushi Rock offers both the island's freshest raw fish (including lots of new-wave California-style rolls and a terrific Hawaiian-style ceviche) and a variety of cooked seafood, noodle dishes, and salads.

Everything is served beautifully either at the sushi bar, at one of the handful of indoor tables, or on the covered back patio.
