Avocado Festival Fundraiser Dinner
Join us for this year’s distinctive Avocado-Inspired Deliciously Local Dinner on Friday, February 18 5pm-9pm at the Keauhou Beach Resort. The menu was custom-created by Keauhou Beach Executive Chef Cy Yamamoto. Award-winning recipes from past Avocado Festivals will be included in the feast, and attendees will enjoy nine-different dishes, including gazpacho with avocad...o relish, seared ahi and avocado parfait, avocado and cherry couscous, Cajun mahimahi with avocado cream, crab and avocado macaroni and cheese plus avocado cheesecake. Greenwell Ethnobotanical Garden for live entertainment; Hawaiian Cultural Performances, Local Agricultural Presentations, Healing Arts, Green Fashion, and Organic Treats, lots of fun and games for the entire family emphasizing Sustainability and Zero Waste. Support local growers and vendors and help Kona Pacific Public Charter School.
